I suppose it would depend on what you wanna listen to. If I were more of a rock person and non hip hop listener I would do the two subs. The single sub is a much better sub and the amp looks like it could power it AND a component system. So if it were me I'd do the one with the single. Also in terms of airspace the single would require less free air. Really honestly the only reason to get two 12's is to seriously bump, especially if you have an SUV, it sounds great in that, but in a car, it's different because of the air movement. If u get the single package upgrade your box tho, get a ported one, it'll make it sound great.

correct, you can go way too far with that, but you get the general idea. it'd be like buying those subs from best buy and putting a phoenix gold amp with it, you wouldn't do that it'd be a disgrace to the phoenix gold name to put something so weak with it.

that'd be coo, not too loud probably sound good in the car. all i can say is that best buy stinks for any advice the people know nothing. they only sell mediocre stuff there anyway. you'll be banging tho. I would recommend a better amp tho to push them a lil harder. either way tho it'll bump.

Like I said unless you have a monster system don't worry bout your power unless you putting it in a bucket. Otherwise bang away, kickers are ok, I just think they are over priced. For the money Alpine and JBL are the best.

Only time you need a bigger battery is if you have a huge amp and you're drawing tons of power, my amp is mediocre. I have a 03 H2 that has been completely modified and it has 2 JL W7's in it. I had to have a special box made with reinforced steel to hold them joints. That's bangin.

The only thing it really strains is your alternator. I have a 2004 Altima that this particular system sits in. You can get your alternator rewound or you can buy a high performance alternator. Besides anyone who knows anything bout car electronics knows that a battery isn't going to help your power problem. Think of a capacitor or battery as say a bandaid it fixes the problem temporarily but not forever.
